What is Invisalign®?

The Invisalign® system is a series of custom-made, removable aligners made from BPA-free plastic. They are transparent in appearance and replaced by you, the patient, every 1-2 weeks in the comfort of your own home.

What can I expect from Invisalign® treatment?

During an initial consultation, we will examine your smile and listen to what your priorities are when it comes to the type of brace you would like. If you are looking for an orthodontic appliance that gives you a significant degree of flexibility and keeps your smile looking great during the treatment period, we will suggest Invisalign®. Once we have taken the impressions of your teeth, which will be used to create a series of clear custom plastic Invisalign® aligners, we can show you what your final smile will look like before you even start treatment, thanks to ClinCheck® software.

Once we receive your custom aligners back from the Invisalign® lab, we will invite you back for a fitting. You will then be able to leave the practice and start treatment at home, wearing the aligners for the required 22 hours each day, allowing you a 2-hour period each day when you can brush your teeth and enjoy your meals as normal.
